Sometimes, the heavens send good people when you need them. I have a rental property and the ceiling needed to be repaired due to the roof damage. I was calling everywhere and getting quotes. I spoke to Ms. Brown, she was great, and she had someone go out there and gave me a quote. She made it happen, she was honest and went over everything with me. She did not work that day and she came and made sure everything went well and made me feel comfortable. Excellent excellent excellent! The steps on my deck were in need of repair and I had gotten quoted some ridiculously high figures from other companies but SBC quoted me exactly what I thought the job should be . Solange was extremely helpful over the phone and Bernardo and his assistant Alfredo were able to give me the estimate and complete the job in the same day ! They cleaned everything up and did a fantastic job. They even went to Home Depot and picked up the materials for me . I was so pleased that I asked them to also install a new railing and balusters. I give them the highest recommendation.
