We keep our pricing simple and transparent. ✨ - First-time cleanings are usually a little higher since they take extra time and detail to reset the home. - Recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are offered at a discounted rate once the initial reset is done. - We also include 15% off your very first cleaning with us. No hidden fees — add-on services (like fridge, oven, baseboards, cabinets) are always discussed upfront so you know exactly what’s included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free: Quick Chat – We’ll discuss your home, cleaning needs, and any special requests (like pets, allergies, or add-ons). First Cleaning (Reset) – The initial visit is a little longer and more detailed to bring your home up to standard. Recurring Service – Once the reset is done, we move into a consistent routine (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) at the lower maintenance rate. Consistency – We send the same trusted cleaners each time, so you know who’s coming and they learn your home’s needs. Feedback Loop – We check in after your first service to make sure everything feels just right. Our goal is to make the process smooth, personal, and reliable — so you can relax knowing your home is in good hands. ✨
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in detailed residential cleaning and follows a structured checklist to make sure nothing is missed. We’ve also completed training in: Safe product usage (especially for homes with kids, pets, or allergies) Deep cleaning techniques for kitchens, bathrooms, and move-in/move-out services Efficiency training so two cleaners can finish a job thoroughly in half the time it would normally take one person On top of that, we’re a family-run business, so every job is handled with extra care as if it were our own home. 🏡✨
