We service all FIVE BOROUGHS & NJ. ——————— PLEASE READ BEFORE: Standard Volume-Based Pricing: • Minimum Pickup (small load): $200–$249 Perfect for a few items, small furniture pieces, bags, or boxes. • Quarter Truck Load: $275–$329 Ideal for a small room cleanout, mattress set, or several furniture pieces. • Half Truck Load: $450–$499 Great for moderate cleanouts, apartment decluttering, or medium-sized projects. • Three-Quarter Truck Load: $550–$700 Best for multi-room cleanouts or larger volume removals. • Full Truck Load: $750–$849+ Complete home, basement, garage, or large property cleanouts. Single Item Pickup Pricing: • Small single item: $110–$159 — for things like a mattress, chair, small appliance, TV, or similar single piece. • Larger single item: $165–$200+ — for bigger items like couches, sleepers, large TVs, refrigerators, or bulky furniture (may vary based on size & accessibility) What’s Included in our price? ✔ Full service hauling ✔ All loading labor ✔ Truck transportation ✔ Disposal & dumping fees ✔ Basic area clean-up after removal We work efficiently, are dependable, and treat your belongings with care and respect. Additional Charges (If Applicable): • Stairs / Difficult Access: $25–$50 per flight depending on difficulty and load size. • Heavy Items or Construction Debris: Concrete, tile, bricks, dirt, or heavy renovation materials may cost 20–40% more due to weight and disposal fees. • Oversized or Special Handling Items: Pianos, hot tubs, safes, or extremely bulky items may require an additional handling fee. 15% First-Time Customer Discount: We offer 15% off for first-time customers on curbside pickups. Simply send us photos of your items and we’ll provide an estimate. Free Estimates: Estimates are always free — by phone or in person. Pricing is initially based on photos provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted once we arrive and assess the full scope of the job. You will always receive a final quote before we begin the job.
