Introduction: My training is based on physical exercise created by the ancient monks who based the training on developing an individual's personal best.
We train our movements so that they become balanced and natural to the student. The student will gain self-defense skills while concentrating on inner chi and proper movements.
I believe anyone who wishes to learn can learn, and it is my job to coach the students to their personal success.
