Scheduling was also an issue. The team didn’t arrive on time for the initial quote appointment and failed to communicate when they missed a second rescheduled time. I had to follow up myself, which was inconvenient since I had other things planned.
At the end, additional charges were added for bag disposal from a previous landscaping job. I agreed to 11 bags, but the final invoice listed 17, which was unexpected.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t hire this company again. This may have just been a one-off situation, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them—especially for larger jobs. I chose them based on strong reviews, but was left disappointed.
