About My Services
I’m a licensed mental health counselor and the owner of a private practice where I provide therapy, supervision and coaching support to individuals navigating real-life challenges. I have over 16 years of experience in the field.
My work is rooted in creating a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself without pressure, judgment or the sense that you have to “have it all figured out.” Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, burnout or just feeling stuck, I aim to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels manageable and authentic to you.
In therapy, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness and relational work, but I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. Sometimes they can be structured and skill-based, other times more open and exploratory, depending on what you need.
In addition to therapy, I offer coaching for individuals who may not be looking for clinical treatment but want support with clarity, direction and personal growth. This can include areas like building routines, improving work-life balance, navigating decisions or creating a more grounded and fulfilling day-to-day life.
I also provide clinical supervision, with a focus on helping clinicians feel more confident, organized and aligned in their work.
My style is warm, direct and thoughtful. People often come to me because they want someone who will really listen, help them make sense of things and offer guidance that feels practical; not overwhelming.
