- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are all-inclusive. we keep it fair & square. Upfront, $120/hr for 2 movers $130/hr for 3 movers $140/hr for 4 movers we charge $150 flat rate truck fee for all local moves. protective materials for your furniture are included for fee. we have 3 hour minimum for all moves. No hidden fees for walking distance ,heavy items, miles, or fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we prefer to discuss the jobs personally with our customer via phone call, text, or video cat. It is easier to offer a more accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we are a team, our education goes in different directions, however we came to this industry more than decade ago and we all started as helpers in different moving companies. from there we moved up to their positions as drivers, foreman, sales representative, moving consultants, project managers, operation managers, COIs. we strongly believe that all those years gave us enough training and experience to meet and beat every challenge in moving industry.
