- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to work within my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a free on-site consultation with the customer. I will then offer ideas on what the mural could look like and provide an estimate at that time. When the customer chooses to move forward with the project, I will then go on to produce a drawing or two for the mural design, based on our initial discussion of the project. Any references the customer might have would be taken into consideration as well.
