- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Signing up for multiple months can get you a discount compared to the month to month payment. Although my services take a lot of time, I am also up for any negotiations or offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Asses where you are at fitness wise 2. Asses where you want to be from where you currently are 3. Figure out any medical conditions 4. Figure out what exercises you can and cannot do 5. Figure out what food you enjoy to eat 6. Make your diet/workout and cardio plan 7. Have daily/weekly check-ins (whatever you prefer)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer under ISSA, and I have been doing this kind of work for 4 years. I have been learning how to properly build muscle, and how to properly lose fat, and properly diet for a long time through research and trial and error.
