SnapShack provided a great service at a great price on relatively short notice. Once I was able to convince the kids to get over to the "booth," they had a good enough time to knock down the temporary folding room dividers we had up to make it more "booth like." A fun time by all, and some good photos to remember our event. The only issue I had was that I had been emailing with one person to set things up (Kenny), and then I was suddenly corresponding with another (Antonio), without any acknowledgement of the change. While it was a little weird, it all worked out. The best part is that you get to keep the actual photos you take yourself, as well as getting a digital copy of all of the photos sent to you after your event, both as a plain photo as well as in your custom "template." That's a great feature. Thanks again for coming through for us. I definitely recommend these guys.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We try to c vs ater our pricing to our customers desires and needs. Our standard charge is $175 per hour for one booth, however we offer discounts if customers rent both booths. We also will look to work with customers on budget constraints to ensure we can make every night special
