FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m terms of my workflow. When I’m working with a customer, I’d usually show them or tell them the type of mood and feeling I want for the shoot. I also would show them the poses that I visualize. If there are things that don’t work then I always do my best to help find a solution for my clients. I’m very communicative so if there is something that doesn’t work, I’m completely open to any ideas that is presented to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not have any formal training but I learned everything that I know through spruces on the web and from professionals that have been doing photography. When I really want to put myself into something, I try to learn it on my own, that way, I’d be able to learn things that are for me and aren’t. I’d also be able to find my signature style. Plus, I feel like it shows a lot on the amount of hard work and effort I put into my photography even if I didn’t receive formal education. It shows that I took my free time and instead of doing something like go out, play video games, etc., I put my mind and heart into what I love which is photography.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a year ago in May of 2019. My dad lended me his d800 Nikon and I started to play around and take photos of things that interested me. I started off with landscape and ended up selling my possessions just to get myself a camera I can call my own which is my current model, A7III. I started to fall in love with photography after I got back from Hawaii in the summer of 2019. I’d go out and explore, meet new people and have new and amazing experiences. I believe my trip to Hawaii was what made me drove myself to love and pursue photography. It gave me a look of how life is beautiful just by stopping for a moment and taking a photo. Having the thought of capturing a moment with a camera, truly is an amazing experience and feeling.
