After a heavy snowfall, we experienced serious leaks from the kitchen and dining room ceilings and were very stressed. When we requested a roof inspection, they came the same day and right on time, which was a huge relief.
They removed a large amount of snow from the roof, carefully explained multiple areas of damage, and provided an on-the-spot estimate. The work included cleaning, flashing, and coating, and everything was completed in one day. After the job was finished, everything was left clean and tidy.
The most reassuring part was that their work is guaranteed, and they promised to take care of any future leaks if they occur. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.
Details: Entire portions of roof need to be repaired • Three-story building • 11 - 20 years old • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and transparent. We always explain what’s included. Sometimes we offer discounts for maintenance when the client hires more than one service at a time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection, then explain the issue and possible solutions. We provide a clear estimate, and if the client agrees, we schedule the job as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in the field. I’ve worked with different types of roofs, materials, and modern repair techniques. I also stay updated with safety courses and product training.
