Susan I apologize that you feel this way but if we’re going to be honest. You had nothing packed once my movers came out to you to complete the job. You called the office over 20 times to keep making changes after we gave you a final quote for the job. Which we explained to you multiple times that any extra add ons would be extra money being so we quoted you for the items you originally listed. You were not threatened. We said we were going to call the cops if we were not paid because you started talking about credit card fraud and you didn’t know how you were going to pay us for the job so after the truck was loaded for the 2nd time we demanded payment to ensure your payment would go through and even after that you still had my guys load more items that were not listed which we did free of charge. Your time was not cut off because my men were more than patient with you. You changed the pickup time 3 times which we accommodated you on all three times. They were at your location at 11:00 am and by 8:00 pm they still weren’t finished because of how disorganized you were. You had clothes still in the dressers, clothes all over the floors. Nothing was in order after you ensured my office that you had everything packed and that all we’d be doing is packing up the truck and heading out to not 1 but 2 locations. My guys did not return home to their families until we’ll after 3:00 am after dealing with you. So how was your time rushed????? Everything down to your storage unit was packed nicely (including your home). No one drove on a lawn so I don’t know what your talking about. We did not demand a tip from you. I tell all my customers + gratuity and it’s based on the performance of my men unless of course it’s a big job and the gratuity is added on to the final payment which you were also informed of before finalizing things. What was supposed to be a few hours of work turned into more than over 12 hours because it became a packing job. Every time you called the office we accommodated you the best we could. We even considered having you ride with the guys because you told us of your finances and that you had no one to drive you to your storage unit or your place of residence but we informed you that it wasn’t possible to do that because of Covid restrictions. You cursed my men out while they were on the job and even tried to lie about a few things that was being done. These men have worked with me for well over 10 years and are VERY good at what they do and in all the years that we’ve been in business I have NEVER had not one customer make the accusations that you are making. I’m sorry you felt this way and I pray you have a blessed day 😊
