- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What’s Included in Mediation: 1. A Meet & Greet We’ll begin with a complimentary 10 - 15 minute initial consultation to talk through your goals, answer questions, and determine whether mediation is the right fit. 2. A Thoughtful Start If we move forward, we’ll continue with a Pre-Mediation Preparation session to gather all relevant background details, map out your interests and needs, and assess readiness. During this session, we’ll also cover logistics, expectations, and next steps. 3. Guided Mediation Sessions Each mediation session is a neutral, structured conversation focused on the issues that matter most to you. Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes each, depending on what we’re working through. 4. Written Summary of Agreements Once agreements are reached, I will prepare a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)—a written summary of what was discussed and agreed upon. This document can be reviewed by an attorney and used to create a formal, legally binding agreement if needed. 5. Optional Support Services If helpful, I can also offer referrals to trusted professionals such as family law attorneys, financial planners, or therapists. I provide conflict coaching for those who want extra support navigating communication or other challenges.

I have a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University. I received my NYS certification and court-approved training via a Community Dispute Resolution Center. I'm also trained in Non-Violent communication through Lehman College. I also have the honor of facilitating community and restorative circles as a trained circle keeper.
