Awesome is not enough to describe the amazing transformation of our property! Dave went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended and a business relationship I will treasure and maintain! Anything I asked he either directed me or completed. Before and after picture documentation. Ok can’t express how lucky we feel that we chose Dave for our multiple projects! He cleared out over grown weeds and vines. Unbelievable before and after of our gutters. We are very grateful and highly recommend!

What a great job! This pro cut a heldge that was way out of control into a great shape - especially good becuase it was on the edge of the driveway, a boundary with my neighbor. He also cut tree branches off of the garage roof and elsewhere, and when he was done, it looked like the tree was great, not damaged in any way. If you want someone who knows how to respect and cut hedges, and trees, he's the man!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Dave responded to my post right away and came over the next day to give me an estimate and was able to start the job within 7 days. We He was so professional and polite. He kept me informed of any changes throughout the process. His work was impeccable and you can tell he takes great pride in what he does. We had a huge mess of very overgrown weeds and he made our yard look like new. I will be hiring him again, no question.

I recently purchased a home with landscaping a bit wild and out of hand. I contacted Dave at A Cut Above The Rest property service. He was punctual about contacting me, and also was punctual with seeing my property to give me a quote. I was very happy with the quote and also pleased he could start that same week.Over the course of two very hot days, Dave transformed my front and backyards. He edged, mulched, cleaned off my pavers, and pruned my wild lilac shrubs. I recommend this professional company without reservation, and I will have Dave back any time to keep my property in check.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job completely removing our overgrown, weedy and unwieldy landscaping and working with me to choose new plants and stone that would be pretty but low maintenance. extremely pleased with the result! the whole crew was pleasant, professional and respectful. they worked quickly, on budget and the price was very reasonable. We would absolutely hire again!
