- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees are $0.50 a mile round trip
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I typically do is go over what exactly kind of a look they want or what they want to achieve with my services. I can copy any look the customer wants if they have a reference picture. I also ask the skin type so I can adjust makeup application accordingly if the skin is dry, oily, combination, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am solely self taught. I've been doing makeup for 7 years professionally. I am extremely clean and sanitize all my tools and makeup to ensure the safety of every one of my clients.
