I was smelling some musty odors coming from my basement and Josh responded to my request for service in minutes. He was able to come assess my situation the next day free of charge. He was extremely flexible and came to my house after I got home from work at 6:30 p.m. By the time he arrived, my issue appeared to have resolved itself and he was very honest in his assessment that I did not need his services. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and refused to accept any money from me. I will definitely be contacting Josh again if my problem persists or resurfaces.
