FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't too complicated. My rate starts 75.00 to 200.00 an hour, again, depending on the job. I can also do projects with a one time fee. That also doesn't mean that I will keep doing the job for hours and hours beyond what I think is fair. If a job is for example is a weekend job, I will give the hours per day that I will work, when it should be done and then I will give a price. If you require more then a whole new agreement is brought up. I always check in with my clients during a process like this to insure they will be happy at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do. Knowledge is power, and I do take workshops in the area and also take part in national conventions for Professional Organizers. If I use a new organizing product, I get in contact with the company to know what their product is about and to learn everything I can to insure this is a good product for my me and my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been organized and every job that I have taken I have always managed to reorganize no the matter the space I am in. I love the challenge and I love how I can help people in the process. I have been in the organizing business for over 14 years and I also have a college education in Human and Social Services, so I know the unorganized client and the chronically unorganized client. No situation surprises me and I make no judgements which is KEY in this business, as you are dealing with very personal and private issues that to some are of an embarrassment, but to me, it's just life. I am here to help you find a better path to a more organized life.
