- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see your resume before we speak, as well as a link to a job you're interested in. This will help me target your resume for that job, and comply with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that companies use to scan resumes to see how keywords in your resume match the keywords in the job description and qualifications. My process is collaborative-once I've written your resume, I print it to see if I need to make minor edits so it reads properly. Then I send it to you so you can print, read, and get back to me with any changes.I backup all my data every Friday, so if you lose your resume, email me, and I'll re-send it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from Morrisville State College and a background in Information technology, sales, and retail. I'm one of 65 Nationally Certified Resume Writers in the U.S., accredited by The National Resume Writers Association. I take numerous continuing education courses throughout the year to remain current with industry standards and maintain my certification.
