Him and his employee came dressed professionally and as soon as they got here they got straight to work and loaded the truck quickly and efficient and once they were to unload the truck they kept asking me where did I want everything making the unpacking easier for myself and also didn’t have to move a lot of furniture by myself when they left because they already placed it where I wanted it at

He doesn’t know how to answer his customers messages he was supposed to help us tomorrow and i texted him and he keeps reading my messages and not replying. That’s bad on my end very bad. Could’ve still been looking for people cuz he said he would do it now the day before he don’t know how to answer. Bad customer service.
