Introduction: I was trained in the hatha yoga style with a strong emphasis on compassion (the kripalu tradition) and spirituality. I bring different elements of yoga and life experiences into the practice to better integrate the practice into your life! Yoga is a tool for yoga, and it's also a tool for life.
Everything we need is already within us. My yoga practice and life practice continue to shed light on the amazing nooks and crannies that I didn't realize before within myself, loved ones, passersby, the natural world, and the unknown.
I love to share my practice with others, particularly beginners or those wanting to slow down their practice and find ease and compassion within their bodies and minds.
