Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our work satnds out from others in several ways. First we don't do any one thing significantly better than a contractor of the same caliber. Instead we do 100 things just a little better which really adds up in the end. Secondly we employ only qualified tradesmen who share the same idea that it is an honor to be invited into your home. All of our sub-contractors are pre-qualified to protect you from uninsured fly-by-nighters. Third, we don't want to do business with you once, we want to build a relationship with you so that you come back to us with all your needs and take advantage of our many and varied services. I like the different people I get to interact with everyday. My chosen profession crosses all social and economic boundries and I get to meet many people often building lasting friendships not just business transactions. I enjoy getting out of the office and being outside, I need sunshine, I can't live under flourescents. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is taking someones idea, perfecting it and making it a reality! If on the day we are done you don't say "WOW!" then we didn't do our job to the fullest potential. I want you to be thrilled with the level of service, cleanliness, professionalism and honesty that we provide.

Dennis was referred to me by a structual engineer to repair a cracked roof truss. He explained the entire repair process (sistering the rafter) before starting, and, explained again what he did after finishing. He also took many pictures for me of the repairs made. I would like to add the attic space he worked in was completely void of light and accessible only by a very small ceiling panel. He managed to bring the proper lighting equipment and got all the lumber in the attic with no incidents. He is very professional and pleasant. I've been in contact with him since the repair for various house issues which he has been very helpful. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

DMB Construction remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. They where very professional and clean. Everything was done on time and on budget, there was no complications or price increases from the estimates. All the workers where professional and polite they went to extra effort to keep the rest of the house clean and usable. We could not be happier with the result and would definitely use this company in the future.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

DO your homework!!! We love an educated client who at least has a little knowledge of what is involved and as clear a picture of what they want. Second always ask for a broken down estimate as this is the only sure way to guarentee you will get what you are paying for. A break down also allows you to compare apples to apples when determining which contractor to use. Third, working with a contractor is like buying oats. If you want fresh clean, healthy oats then you must pay a fair price. However, if you want oats that have already been through the horse: well those are considerably cheaper
