- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. I find that to be too restrictive. I focus on three things: 1) Type of event, 2) Location (venue) and 3)Length of time. Those items drive my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, when working with a new customer, I will meet with them via phone and in person to discuss their goals for the event. I am pretty open minded and customer focused, so I concentrate on their desires and see what I can do to meet those desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completing my Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems, I have a certification in Electronics and the Chief Sound Engineer at my Church
