- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing once agreed upon has no up charges so what we agree on that's what you pay at the end we're not going to say that oh you have to pay for those extra lights or extra party favors that we might bring along with us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a telephone conversation with my clients and then I will send them out of contract to be filled out by them if we're talking about a wedding and I will meet with them in person one month before their wedding day to go over all specifics and to make sure they have no other further questions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under another DJ company as their roadie until I was able to self teach the things that I needed to know
