From initial contact to job well done was less than 48 hours. Nichole runs a professional, thorough cleaning service and I couldn't be happier with the expert job she did or the reasonable price she charged. I was so grateful to have met Nichole and her friendly staff who not only did an amazing job to clean my house which was not an easy task. I had alot of square footage and the conditions my tenants had left the house in was worse than we both thought. However, they did everything necessary even in the late hours into the night to thoroughly clean my house and even made a 2nd trip to do a walk over and touch up any areas that were missed. She is super accomodating to your needs and is very prompt about responding to any questions. She doesn't upcharge you even when the job takes longer than estimated. She will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with the clean up. I would absolutely recommend Nicole and use her again for any cleaning service. She has tons of experience and is super knowledgeable about move outs and clean ups post tenants. I am very glad she reached out to me and I chose to hire her.

Nicole at Mrs.Clean was professional and fast and her prices are very competitive! I am a realtor and had a townhouse that we were struggling to sell for a long time due to a messy tenant. Nicole came in the day after the tenant moved out and cleaned the 3 floor townhouse from top to bottom! She even neutralized pet odors in the carpets. She kept in touch with me throughout the process and really cared that the job was done to my satisfaction. I am happy to say within one day of the townhouse being cleaned for showings we received a nearly full price offer! I am very happy and will definitely hire Mrs Clean again & refer her to my clients!

Unlike some other cleaning services, Mrs. Clean arrived early and stayed until everything was to my liking. I will definitely book her on a regular basis.
