Mrs Clean is diligent, hardworking, and thorough. Though my apartment is small (about 900 sq ft), it is difficult because of uneven surfaces, many nooks and crannies, and old floors. On top of that, my toddler did his best to distract her. She did a great job ridding our house of dirt! I highly recommend Mrs. Clean.

Nichole and her helper were great. We hired them for a general cleaning and she definitely got spots that I had been missing! I even spilled a little bit of a smoothie on the carpet while they were here, and they gladly cleaned it up, I can't even notice where it was spilt. I hired her mostly to get a really thorough cleaning of the bathroom, and it is now very refreshing in there.
The only thing that I would have done differently is the choice of product on my bedroom furniture. The liquid gold that was used left noticeable streak marks that had to wiped down again, since the top material was like a varnish. But it was not Nichole's fault! It was hard to tell that the furniture was not made of real wood. I have made the same mistake myself. I brought this to their attention and they wiped it down again with a dry cloth and did not leave until I was satisfied. They also did a great job of dusting everything.
My quote included cleaning only my floors in the kitchen, but they also wiped everything down and cleaned my microwave! I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Nicole and staff were great! For starters Nicole gave me a confirmation call in advanced she asked me to write a list of everything I wanted and advised me what the cleaning detail would be so I knew what to expect, as it was my first time. Nicole and her helper arrived to my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a timely fashion. I walked through each room with her to go over any "special" things I wanted in each room and she immediately wasted no time and got to work. Her and her helper were very friendly and she would ask my permisson to move my couch or things in the way which Is very professional. She was completely finished within 2 hours and she went out of her way to go over the floors in each room twice and even three times, without me asking just based on she knew it was one of my biggest concerns. After the job was done she walked through with me to make sure it was to my standards and made sure everything was checked on the list I wrote. Her attention to detail is amazing! When the job was done she left my home clean, smelling clean and not to mention all the nicks and cranies that were hard to get into were cleaned out, which is very hard and time consuming. Thanks Mrs. Clean, I will be a repeated customer.

They were awesome to work with! They were super sweet girls and were able to come clean my apartment with pretty short notice. They are great with animals and are very respectful of you and your belongings. They were able to do everything on my list and then some quickly and efficiently! I will def be using them again!
