- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the job, the condition of the walls, and what surfaces are included (walls, trim, ceilings, doors). We keep pricing fair and upfront, and we can offer discounted rates for larger projects or repeat customers. If anything changes during the job, we always communicate it before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the project and what the customer wants done. Then we provide a quote based on the size of the space, wall condition, and what surfaces are included. Once scheduled, our team handles prep (covering floors, taping, patching small flaws), painting, and cleanup. We always do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is happy before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience working on real residential projects. We’ve learned the right way to prep, patch, paint, and finish for a clean result. With every job, we continue improving our technique and making sure our work looks professional and lasts.
