Unless the client requests keeping them in, I will clean up the transcription to remove unnecessary conversational pauses like "um" and "uh" (you'd be surprised at how many times an average person will say, "uh, um, well--" during a business presentation!) to make the transcription more readable for your clientele. About eight years ago, I started ghostwriting web content like blog posts, articles, and essays. I'm familiar with properly using keywords for SEO optimization to help your articles reach the right audience and get better rankings in search engines. I excel at doing my own research to ensure posts and articles present accurate information. I write in clear English that's easy to understand, so that you can reach as wide an audience as possible with your content. During my time as a content writer, I've also enjoyed doing work on several fiction projects, including editing and writing a summary for a published novel, proofreading a number of short stories to novel-length manuscripts, and ghostwriting short projects.
