Best DJ ever!!! She came right on time, answer all my questions. Replied almost instantly. Her music and the way she carried the event were flawless.She was friendly, professional, and most definitely very knowledgeable. She was amazing very accommodating. She was responsive detailed oriented and punctual. She took her time to understand the vibe I was trying to create pulled it off immaculately. Everyone loved the set, she had any and all types of music. Had everyone dancing all night even if they were in their seats. You should definitely book with DJ Selecta Entertainment you won't be disappointed.

I wish I could give a lower score -1… such a horrible experience dealing with DJ Selecta. Ruined my son’s graduation party… Did not MC as she was hired to do, music was so awful my son and his friends left the party. Never did the guest toast or the mother son dance that I had my heart set on. The system sqrirtches were unbearable and instead of dance music she play weird mashup that nobody could follow along with... several guests asked if she was an inexperienced student. I had to ask her repeatedly to play the requested songs and to make announcements and engage the guest as planned. She just sat there with her wife the entire time never got up to engage guests or hype the party. I requested a partial refund as she arrived 1/2 hour late and then with a horrible attitude left 1/2 early. I’m still waiting to hear how this mess will be resolved. I have never in all my years worked with someone so unprofessional, with such a terrible attitude. Don’t waste your money or time hire an experienced professional that will give you a great experience for your money.

We appreciate your criticism and feedback. Due to our equipment malfunctioning caused by a spill from one of your event attendees, our microphone access was then compromised. We ensured you that our goal was to keep your guest entertained. Although your coordination set up for the event wasn’t running on time schedule with guests arrivals we still provided you the music selection requested. The event was curated to have the “older crowds” music played for the first 3 hours of the event, and the event was initially a graduation for a 17 year old boy. We noticed that the four of his friends that came to celebrate him stepped outside, and as soon as your son returned we requested music he’d like to hear. Our protocol when our equipment is compromised on the clients behalf is to request reimbursement. In this occasion, we asked you if you’d like to extend due to your dissatisfaction with the timing & turn out , but you declined because your son was departing the event. We tried to reimburse you in the best form applicable to the situation and thank you for your time
