I needed help with my microwave, the turntable rotated, lights turned on, no error message displayed, but the food wasn’t getting heated up. The Pro listed $39/visit and had good reviews so I picked him. He did not have the replacement door fuse part when he came. He charged $60 for the visit and came next day with the part. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix my unit next day either. After our discussion he was professional to refund the visit fee, and recommended that I just buy a new microwave as repairs would cost more.
