Scheduled a deep cleaning for my studio apartment and the lady was nice but the communication between her and the business was very poor and she didn't even know she was supposed to clean most of the things that I had discussed with the representative. My floors and baseboards weren't cleaned thoroughly and she basically swept around things without properly moving them out of the way. Definitely was not a deep clean more of just a touchup of everything.
