My husband and I are thrilled with the property management being provided to us by Shanell. From the very beginning she has been very informative and extremely helpful. She’s always contactable and is always prompt in answering questions and organising anything that needs to be done. We truly feel that she goes above and beyond to deliver wonderful, personalised property management of the highest standard. Her attention to detail, clear communication, professional knowledge and attentiveness means we can sleep well at night knowing that our investment property she secured great tenants within 24 hours of advertising and was even able to obtain more money per week than what we were asking for. Shanell is particularly good at meeting our needs, as landlords, as well as that of the tenants. Consequently, our tenants are appreciative and co-operative, so everyone’s happy. I really enjoyed my stay. Shanell was very attentive to my needs. She made sure that I had everything I needed for an awesome stay. The home was decorated very nicely. It was very clean. I felt at home, the home is very welcoming. I would definitely stay again.
