I found Joe from MJT to be professional. Knows his job . Did it well. He was on time and high quality worker. Also on time . This company is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I used in the past. If I need my washer or dryer repaired I won’t hesitate to call MTJ . Good company to deal with.

On 11/30/2024 I had an appointment with MTJ Appliance repair to change the igniter in my Samsung Oven. They sent technician Al who showed up on time they gave me a window between 1-3 Al showed up at 2:30 but before that I received a call from the company at 12:00pm confirming my appointment and then Al called me to let me know that he was close by that is what you call professionalism. Al was very respectful and very knowledgeable he waisted no time in getting to work he was fast and efficient and once he finished he made sure my oven was working. I’m very pleased with the service I have received today now I can get back to baking I 1000% percent recommend this company

Couldn’t have been easier. Our dryer was making a loud screeching sound and I sent a message to MTJ on thumbtack. They responded immediately and sent over a technician within 2 hours. The entire job was completed before lunch. 5/5

Great experience with MTJ! Appointment was scheduled for 6:00-8:00 window, Joe pulled right in to my driveway at like 6:03, was able to diagnose the problem with my broken fridge and fix it right then. So far, it looks like my fridge is working great!

I would definitely use this company again. They were able to give me an appointment in less than 24 hours. When the technician arrived it was well within the time they said they'd be here. He was very professional and neat and explained the whole process. He was quick to answer any question that I had about my washer. He also gave me the options of what could be done to fix it and different suggestions of what I can do. I can't stress enough how professional he was neat and clean. Quick to the point and very efficient. Thank you again for your service.
