- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer 5% instant discounts for Seniors, Military, and Veterans. We also offer discounts at varying times depending on season, holidays, and other events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial phone consultation to better understand the situation, followed by a physical visit to further assess details, followed by an estimate which includes multiple options to ensure every option is available to our customers and their budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is GAF Certified and continuously train on safety, products, and techniques to ensure we deliver the absolute best quality in workmanship when delivering solutions for our customers. This allows us to maximize efficiency and manufacturer warranty coverage for our customers as well.
