Fernando at FF Hardwood Floors was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did he repair our hardwood floor and make it look like new again, but he was also an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
From the moment I submitted the project request, Fernando was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and when he was running a few minutes late, he texted me right away to keep me informed, something I really appreciated.
Our issue was caused by some type of liquid spill, possibly from a plugged-in air freshener, that damaged the stain and finish on the hardwood floor. Fernando carefully hand-sanded the affected boards, applied the stain and three coats of sealer. The repair blended in seamlessly and the floor honestly looks brand new again.
Excellent craftsmanship, professional communication, and great attention to detail. I would hire Fernando again in a minute and highly recommend FF Hardwood Floors to anyone looking for quality hardwood floor repair or refinishing work.

Fernando did an outstanding job refinishing my hardwood bedroom floor. He took up the carpet, hauled it, replaced some damaged planks, refinished it and left the floor looking beautiful and like new. He also did a few small projects we gave him while the polyurethane dried. All done exceptionally well! Will definitely use him again!

Huge shoutout to FF Hardwood Floors for the amazing job on my floors. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail.
I went with a Dark Walnut satin finish and the results came out even better than expected. The color is rich and consistent, and the satin finish gives it a clean, modern look without too much shine. You can still see the natural grain, which really makes the floors stand out.
The crew was on time, respectful, and kept everything clean throughout the process. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Fernando did an amazing job with our floor. He and his teammate were very professional, moved all the furniture and put it back in place, and even gave me tips on how to keep my floor. The floors look just as I wanted.
