Leon was just terrific. He was punctual and well mannered. But above all his workmanship was of the highest quality- results were just perfect, and the charge for services were more than fair. I wanted to give him more than what was asked, but he wouldn’t take it. As you can tell, I cannot give enough praise. Work included paint restoration and carpentry among other things.

I couldn’t be happier with the regrouting work that was done yesterday! The bathroom looks completely transformed clean, fresh, and like new again. My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the project, surface preparation, and materials required. I provide free estimates, and larger projects may qualify for discounts. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a walkthrough to understand the customer’s vision and the condition of the surfaces. I then provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I prepare the area, protect floors and furniture, and carry out the painting with attention to detail. Finally, I do a walkthrough with the customer to make sure everything meets expectations.
