- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you give us an idea of your budget we will ALWAYS try to match it or come below it. If we are not able to we will let you know right away. We are not the least expensive or the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with an email exchange or two which often morphs into a phone or Zoom Call. When you decide to reserve the date we will email you our agreement where we ask for a deposit and the balance due the week of the event. a few weeks before the event our dj will sit down with you and go over EVERY detail including the music so we are both on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up writing songs, singing and listening to a tremendous amount of music from Classical and Jazz to Beatles and Michael Jackson and much more. I have hosted the Music First Podcast for 8 years and am always keeping up with the latest and greatest that the music industry has to offer.
