- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon initially speaking with the client we set up a date for an estimator to come out and provide a free estimate at the clients convenience. Our estimator walks through with the client and gets all the information needed to complete a full estimate based upon needs. Within days our clients receive a proposal including labor and material costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
P&M Quality Painting always puts customer service first. We know every customer has different needs and no two projects are exactly the same. We provide customized solutions to meet your needs, as well as an accurate start/finish date and firm pricing. Our team of professional and highly skilled painters is dedicated to your satisfaction and takes great pride in their work, assuring the best possible results on each and every project. Our quality shines through at the very beginning. We guarantee flawless painting projects by paying close attention to surface preparation, adding excellent quality paints combined with the best made tools, plus the best techniques equals a finish that holds up for years to come. We do not take on work we are unable to perform. So rest assured, you and your project will always be treated with the utmost consideration and respect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Owner Peter LoConte started painting at his father’s side over 30 years ago. This is where he learned that “Doing a job, means doing it right”. In 1997, Peter continued the family tradition with P&M Quality Painting, a fully licensed and insured, professional residential and commercial painting company. We do not hire day laborers or subcontractors.
