Everything about working with this company was easy and seamless. I reached out over Thumbtack, received a response within the business day and had an appointment booked as well. I sent photos and a project description, and received a fair price. The team was on time, and already halfway done when I arrived after running morning errands. Before starting, Justin reached out to me over the phone to make sure we were clear on the work. I wasn’t home, so he agreed to start on the work that was clear cut, and save the trimming of the bushes for when I arrived. I had a particular way I wanted the flowering shrubs around my property pruned, and he was completely attentive and executed the work perfectly. I am going to support this business and plan to get the lawn completely turned over and reseeded or sodded. I also asked for a maintenance contract, because I was really impressed with the professionalism and kindness.

Justin did a great job clearing up an area of my lawn that was too covered up by trees and shrubs and collecting debris. He removed all shrubs in the area, trimmed branches off the trees, put down seed, cleaned & turned over the mulch, trimmed hedges, and mowed the grass. I appreciate his hard work and responsiveness to my requests. I’m including a before and after pic of that specific problematic corner of my lawn. Thanks again!

This company only cares about getting extra money from clients for everything that is listed under their profession. When you try to work with him, he has an attitude. I saw on my cameras that he didn't do anything but complained about the work and states that the lawnmower broke and was going to replace it but of doing that he chose to keep texting me while I was at a family funeral. 2 to 3 days prior to coming, I asked him if I needed to be there because I had a funeral to go to on that day. He states no, and I explained that I might not be able to talk while the funeral is going on. He told me he could handle it. I also asked about the extra work, and he claimed that he could make it work. On the day of service now wants to charge me extra money. He claims that he can't do something or he does have access to it but still wants to charge you for it. I asked questions about the pile, and he said to move it and stated that "it won't be in my way cause there is only dirt under there.", and he doesn't have knowledge about his profession or what to do. If you got money to waste, call him. Thanks for having an attitude and cancellation.
