- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our residential, commercial and association clients different plans to choose from that best fits their needs in accordance with the management plan for the property. Our pricing model is straightforward with no hidden fees beyond what is originally quoted. Please review our website for a detail list of services we provide and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to have an introductory conversation by phone so we can learn about your property management needs. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions to get to know us better. Our goal is to help you maximize the value your property!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed realtor with experience managing a small portfolio for family property throughout the past 10 years. I have also project managed the renovations of these properties to maximize the monthly revenue rent roll. So my experience has been hands on. As a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), I am able to stay abreast of the ever changing laws in regards to fair housing, ADA, etc. We are also a member of the Hudson Valley Chapter of Community Association Institute and I have achieved status as a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Association).
