I bought a commercial-grade stairmill for my wifes birthday. The machine says its 450lbs, but after attempting to move it with my son, we quickly realized we would need professional movers to maneuver it up the staircase in my house. Antoine from Low Low Shipping was extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. Him, and his crew efficiently took apart the machine, and brought it to our upstairs gym. Not a scratch on the wall, and not a speck of dirt left anywhere. They even set the stairmill up for us! Low Low Shipping is highly recommended, and I will definitely be using them again for other services they offer. The made the seemingly impossible, possible. 5-star service. Thank you!
