- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you pay in cash, you only pay the cost of the repair, if you pay by check, you pay the price + tax, if you pay by credit card, you pay the price + tax + credit card fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive an application, I agree on the time of the meeting with the customer, then I conduct the inspection, if I can fix it on the spot - I will fix it, if I need a replacement - I will send an estimate within 3 days, if the Customer approved, I sign up for a new meeting and complete the repair.

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and fixing things. I started by helping friends and family with their appliances, and over time, I realized I had a real talent for it.
