Jarel called within 15 minutes of my request. Just from my description he knew exactly what the problem was. He could have repaired it and charged me a fee. Jerel was awesome, simply put. Was able to come check out my issue right away, quickly diagnosed the problem, and told me my best options, even though those options meant less work (and therefore less pay) for him. A wealth of knowledge, and clearly skilled at his craft. I'm not looking forward to my next appliance problem, but I know I have someone I can call when it happens who will do the job well, quickly, and at a competitive price. I will be calling him again, that's for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a diagnostic fee that will include a detailed overview of your appliance and any other questions you might have as long as I am in your home. It will be applied toward the repair if you decide to move forward with the repair. Don’t let a cheap diagnostic fee land you with an inexperienced technician!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a detailed phone conversation about symptoms of your appliance need. I will describe what I believe it can be, what can be done, and a rough estimate of a cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
