- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always honest, upfront, and based on the work your HVAC system actually needs. We don’t upsell or surprise customers with hidden fees. Before any repair or installation, we perform a full diagnostic and explain the issue, the parts needed, and the labor cost. We offer fair rates for AC, mini-split, central air, furnace, heat pump, and rooftop unit repairs. In many cases, we can provide same-day service, and we offer maintenance plans that help customers save money long-term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a full system inspection. We check airflow, thermostat operation, electrical components, pressures, refrigerant levels, and overall system condition. After diagnosing the problem, we explain everything clearly, give upfront pricing, and offer repair or replacement options. Once approved, we complete the work quickly and professionally, followed by a full system test to ensure everything is running properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and experienced in AC repair, heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, and large commercial rooftop units. I have hands-on training in electrical diagnostics, refrigerant recovery/charging, leak detection, airflow balancing, and system installations. I’ve worked on major brands including Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, LG, Daikin, Carrier, Rheem, and more.
