Great value, price, and service. They responded promptly and even let me text (which was very convenient). Their business sent a professional to come in the same day I requested for help on a bedbug scare. Most of all, I appreciated Cesar’s current knowledge and his patience to explain everything he did.
I chose this place for two main reasons. The first was the fact that they require their employees to receive educational training on the latest techniques/news. This was a determining factor for me.
The second reason was the price. Compared to quotes from other businesses, theirs was very reasonable. I was about to choose another business, but the fact that C and E offered a secondary complimentary check up visit pretty much sealed the deal. I didn’t even need the second visit, but it definitely gave me piece of mind at the time.

Listen I had roaches all through my new house and I was terrified to even walk in the kitchen or bathroom. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on property type and size. Also they type of treatment needed plays a huge part in price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We thoroughly explain the process and what to expect after the service is complete. We then proceed servicing the area and noting any suggestions that we might have. After service is complete we will call in 3 to 5 days to follow up and make sure everything we well with the treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend yearly training and re certification courses with Univar or Bug Off techinical schools.
