Mark arrived on time, but due to a miscommunication, he was not able to get started. He was understanding of the delay and was flexible. Instead of leaving, he waited for an hour to get access to the unit. After completing the job, he explained what was done and showed pictures of the before and after. It is too early to tell is the treatment works, but his work is guaranteed. I will definitely use this company again in the future if the need arises.

I spoke with Marx on Sunday March 27th , 2022 and told him my problem. We get little knats that come out every year. I also told him that this year i would like to get rid of them. Marx stated if i wanted he would come immediatly and start to take care of the problem. I said i was working and we agreed on Tuesday 1115am he would come or send his partner Craig. Craig showed up right on time and got to work quickly. I explained to him what was going on. He spent approximately 45 minutes at my house and gave me additional instructions regarding the knat problem. The next day Craig also gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was ok... I told him i greatly appreciated the call. If you are looking for a HONEST AND HARD/WORKING COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR EXTERMINATING PROBLEM. YOU MUST GIVE MARX/EXTERMINATING A CALL FIVE STAR FOR US. I WILL ALSO FOLLOW UP IN A FEW WEEKS REGARDING MY KNAT PROBLEM WHEN IT STARTS TO GET WARM. IM NOT WORRIED BC THESE GUYS WILL BE THERE FOR ME. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!! EXCELLENT

Thankful for a quick response from Marx and willingness to help us on a Sunday. He was very helpful and explained everything as he went through the treatment. Most importantly he really quelled our fears about the ant issue we had!! Would definitely use him again for any pest issues that come up.
