Quickly attended to the problem and the wasps are now completely gone.
Jahvon was extremely professional, showed up on time and made sure any areas of mice entry were sealed. I would definitely hire him for any future exterminator needs. 5 stars ⭐️

This review is long overdue. I had a terrible situation at home. Even though my landlord was sending an exterminator every month the problem persisted. They never bothered looking for the entry point and I finally reached out to Mustafa for help. Him and his team were a pleasure to work with. They're extremely knowledgeable and resolved my problem. During the first visit they were able to find the entry point to stop the problem. I highly recommend them for their thorough work.

Javon and, I believe, Michael came right away to give me an estimate. We had termites coming from our crawl space. They identified the problem, gave us a quote, and came back shortly thereafter to spray in the crawl space and inside and out of the ground level window where they came in through the crawl space. They also set into the perimeter of our grass in the yard, some “termite killing posts” directly into the ground. They followed up two weeks later, then three months later, and we have yet to have them come back to follow up a third time. They were quite professional, always came on time, and knew all about termites. I would totally recommend them again. They even took the time to look at where some carpenter ants were getting into the bottom of a window sill and sprayed in that area. They did not charge me for that issue. I would definitely hire them again. It was pricy, but I do not think I will ever have termites again! It was well worth the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection! Inspection! Inspection! We don't start anything unless we do a full and thorough inspection. Once we come across the issue we communicate with our clients accordingly and begin our treatment process and explain how we can eradicate that pests in a safe matter for all of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m license and certified in 7A, 7F and 7C.
7A is based mostly on structural and homes as well as other facilities.
7F is usually for food and beverage or any time of food handling or warehouses or factory’s and restaurants.
7C is for termites and any other wood damaging insects. For homes and Commerical properties
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was raised in Brooklyn, I grew up with all kinds of pest in my area, I saw an opportunity to join an industry that takes pride in problem solving and safety. I love what I do !
