Very professional in work ethics and willing to go the extra mile in resolving an issue. He had to install a large window air conditioner. I thought the brackets came with it, only to see that it didn’t. He was more than willing to get the one that he needed for me and I was most appreciative for that. He came sooner than I expected and that worked well for me. Did I forget to say his honesty was appreciated as well. Excellent job!!
