Trust in business and relationships had become something of the past in my distant memory, until I found Muffettas Domestic Assistants Ive used them for a variety of personal and profession services, but one that sticks out in my mind was how thorough they were in planning my vacation. I have had Mufetta's Domestic Assistants helping me clean and organize since November 2009. With their help my home is clean and I am gradually organizing my 60+ years of papers and other clutter. They listen to what I say and therefore know what needs attention which streamlines the work. Their honesty and integrity is unmatched in my opinion. They are my little secret when visitors come to the house and comment on how much the house has changed. Hire them.

All prices are by the hour per person and the rates are based on type of work to be performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone intake is done with each customer, then an email is sent with the quotation along with our policies. Once the customer agrees with pricing an appointment is then made for service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The company was started by the owner, Muffetta, who loves to organize and clean. She grew up in Jamaica and it was part of the everyday chores. She quit my corporate job in 2003 and started a cleaning and concierge company.
