Wow! I am so impressed by the responsiveness, value and work done. I had a call back within hours of reaching out and they were here the next morning to fix the fascia on the highest peak. They were swift and professional and I would highly recommend. Great work!!

I wish I could have picked all five items to describe my great experience working with Jose and his company! With all my experience working with contractors at my condo building in Albany, NY, his company is the easiest to work with. The results are excellent and I am very happy with the work his company did re pointing and replacing masonry in our building that was built in 1872. I can't recommend him more, and will contract with him in the future as we do more major projects in the Spring of 2025.

Jose and his team were wonderful I was having a water coming into my walls
Jose came out assessed the issue. He broke down everything in detail , which was wonderful I think he gave me fair and a reasonable price I have a very complicated and tight schedule and hectic schedule And he was very accommodating and worked around it. He continues to provide me updates throughout the job halfway into the job, I could already see a major difference in my home From how it looked previously, his team provides very clean high-quality work, which I appreciate and has very respectful staff that I would highly recommend

I hired Niyas Restoration Corp due to a failing retaining wall in my front yard. Jose came by and explained the process of how the work would be done. He gave me a fair estimate, and the quality of the work was excellent. Very punctual and responsive I would definitely recommend.Great job team!
