FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of my clients are covered by Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, or Blue Cross Blue Shield. If your insurance includes nutrition benefits, I’ll help you verify coverage before we start. If your plan doesn’t apply, I offer discounted self-pay rates so everyone can access high-quality care. Initial Consultation: $150 Follow-up Visits: $95 (based on session length) My goal is to make professional, science-based nutrition accessible and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief 10-minute discovery call to review your goals and check insurance coverage. Then you’ll complete a short intake form and, if applicable, upload your latest labs. Your first full consultation includes: A review of your health history and lab results Identification of root causes (gut imbalance, inflammation, metabolism, hormones) A practical, personalized plan designed around your food preferences and lifestyle Follow-up visits focus on tracking progress, refining strategies, and ensuring you’re seeing real changes in energy, digestion, weight, and lab markers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve completed over 1,000 clinical hours working with clients managing conditions such as: Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes Metabolic Syndrome and Insulin Resistance High Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Autoimmune and Inflammatory Conditions IBS, Bloating, and Constipation My training allows me to use functional and evidence-based nutrition to help clients truly restore health — not just follow a diet.
